Manufactured from high quality Neoprene, resistant to grease, water, ozone, abrasion and extreme temperatures.
Suitable for most internal and external CV joints. (excluding metal and trilobal links)
No joint dismantling necessary No cutting required.
Fits shafts 19 - 28mm and CV Joints 56 - 110mm.
Installation:
Start the CV.
Apply grease to the cone.
Place the cone on the shaft and secure the CV boot to the top of the cone.
CV boot at the end of the cone.
Slide the CV joint onto the shaft, remove the cone, apply grease to the joint and return the CV boot to its original shape.
Install a stainless steel clamp and remove the excess CV boot below.
